The Foundation of Czech Grammar
This test focuses on the most common cases used in everyday A1 conversation. You will need to choose the correct endings for nouns and adjectives based on their function in the sentence.
Example of cases Covered:
- 1. Nominativ: The subject (Who/What?).
- 4. Akuzativ: The object (I see... I have...).
- 6. Lokál: Location (Where? - v/na) or topic (About what? - o).
What to watch for:
Remember the Gender of the noun! Masculine (animate vs. inanimate), Feminine, and Neuter all have different rules.
Rules for Success:
- ✔ Prepositions: Pay attention to v, na, o, do, or z. They dictate which case follows.
- ✔ Verbs: Does the verb require an object (Accusative) or a location (Locative)?
- ✔ Timer: 10 minutes. Speed and accuracy are the goals for A1 mastery.
