Active Recall: The Great Outdoors
In Czech, weather expressions often use impersonal forms. This session helps you move from simple nouns like déšť (rain) to active verbs and descriptions of the obloha (sky).
Weather Verbs:
Notice that pršet (to rain) and sněžit (to snow) are usually used in the 3rd person singular: Prší (It is raining).
Landscape & Animals:
Connect animals to their habitats: ryba in a řeka, or a kůň on a pole. Don't forget your pets: pes and kočka!
Optimization Strategy:
- ✔ Step 1: Master the sky conditions: jasno, polojasno, zataženo.
- ✔ Step 2: Learn the "feel" of the air: teplo, zima, vlhko, sucho.
- ✔ Step 3: Once you can understand a basic předpověď, move to the 📝 Test.
